Dosage:
Mix 1kg , Water 550 g, Sunflower/odourless seed oil 400g, Semolina 150g, Yoghurt 200g, Mastic 2g, Lemon zest 1pcs
Preparation/ uses:
In the mixer bowl add all the above ingredients. Mix with the whisker for 1 minute at 1st speed and 3 minutes at 2nd speed. Place the mixture in a baking tray and bake for 40-50 minutes in an air oven at 170°C. Syrup the hot samali with cold syrup.
Ingredients for syrup: (suggested quantity for the above dosage).
When the sugar melts, add 150g glucose.
Boil the syrup for 3-4 minutes (29-30 BE).
