Dosage:

Mix 1kg , Water 350g, Sunflower Oil/ odorless seed 350g

Preparation/ uses:

In a bowl, add the oil, water and revani mix (optionally the yoghurt). Mix with a whisker for 1 minute in the 1st speed and 3 minutes in the 2nd speed. Put the ready mix in forms or in a pan and bake for 40-50 minutes depending on the form’s size and the oven at 160-170°C. Pour cold syrup on the hot revani. Decorate with coconut or almond flakes.

Syrup recipe (suggested amount for the above-mentioned dose). Boil 850 g of water with 1 kg sugar. When the sugar melts add 150 g glucose syrup. Boil the syrup for 3-4 minutes (29-30 BE).
