Dosage:
Mix 400 g, Milk 400 g, 2 Eggs (100 g)
Preparation instructions :
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs & milk. Add the mixture gradually, mixing until smooth. Optionally add some butter or margarine. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the pan, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook the pancake until it the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot, choosing the filling you desire.
