Dosage:

Mix 1 kg, Panluxus – Premium cake margarine 50 g (optionally), Yeast 40g, Water ±350g

Preparation/uses:

Put all the ingredients in the dough kneader and mix at slow speed for 3 minutes and at fast speed for 7 minutes approximately. Dough temperature 26-28°C. Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes. Spread the dough at 0,8 cm height. Cut the dough at the desirable weight and shape and put them on a baking tray with a cloth. Put the product in the stove for approximately 50 minutes. Stove conditions 37οC, 60% R.H.  Fry the doughnuts at 180°C for 3 minutes.

For oven doughnuts:

Add 50 ml of water. Spray with vegetable oil. Bake in an air oven at 210°C for 3-5 minutes for 60 g pieces. After baking spray again with vegetable oil.
