Mix 400 g, Cold water 1 L
Preparation/ uses:
In a bowl, add cold water with the appropriate amount of powder mix and beat at high speed for 8 minutes until you obtain a homogenous cream. For better results leave the cream to set in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before use.
You can use the cream as a base for various pastry applications (tortas, fillings).
