Dosage:

Mix 1000 g, Water 400 g, sunflower oil/ odourless seed oil 400g

Preparation/ uses:

Beat all the ingredients together for 1 minute on speed 1 and 4 minutes on speed 2 until you have a uniform mixture. Place the mixture in a baking pan of your choice and bake at 150°C for 23-28 minutes.

Chocolate Syrup:

500gr Sugar, 500gr Water, 100gr Glucose, 500gr Special No.32 drops

Boil water with sugar, when the sugar melts add the glucose and let it boil for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and when it cools down at 60-70°C  add the Special No32 drops and mix. Remove the chocolate cake from the oven, cut and add the syrup for a dough weight of 500gr add about 500gr of chocolate syrup.
