Dosage:

Mix 1kg, Milk 8,6Lt

Preparation/ uses:

Pour into a large bowl the milk. Slowly add the béchamel powder, mixing with a whisk or hand mixer for 3-4 minutes until the mixture is smooth and thick. The bechamel is ready to use. No need to add eggs. In dishes where the béchamel is on top brush the surface of the béchamel with melted butter or oil and bake at 180°C until golden brown.
