Dosage:

Souffle mix 1 kg, Water 300 g, Sunflower oil or odorless seed oil 100g, Baking Powder 10g, Honey 80g, Dry nuts 200g

Preparation/ uses:

In the mixer bowl, add all ingredients and mix for 1 minute at 1st speed and 3 minutes at 2nd speed. Fill the moulds to a height of 2-3 cm and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.
