Dosage:
Mix 1 kg, Water 200 g, Eggs 600 g
Preparation/ uses:
Mix all the ingredients in the mixer’s bowl for 2 minutes at 1st speed and 6-7 minutes at 3rd speed. Turn down to 1st speed for 1 more minute and serve the mix in moulds of your choice. Bake 180 to 190°C for about 40 – 50 minutes depending on the oven and the pan.
