Dosage:

Mix 1kg , Water 400 g, Sunflower Oil/ odorless seed 300g, Concentrated orange zest 60g

Preparation/ uses:

Beat the mix with all of the ingredients for 5 minutes in a mixer until you have a hmogenous mix. Place the mixture in a baking pan. Bake for about 40 minutes at 170°C

Ingredients for syrup:

1 kg, Sugar, 950 g Water, 150 g Glucose

Preparation/ uses:

Boil all the ingredients together. After boiling for about 4 minutes, syrup the hot cake, after cutting it when the syrup has cooled. When the syrup is ready, we can use 4 sheets of crust.
