Dosage:
Mix 1kg , Water 400g, Sunflower or odourless seed oil 400g, Cinnamon 5g, Walnut 150g, Cocoa 5g, Cloves 1g
Preparation/ uses:
In a mixer’s bowl, add all the above ingredients. Mix with the whisker for 1 minute at 1st speed and 3 minutes at 2nd speed. Place 1300gr mix in a 27x21cm baking pan, 6cm high and bake for 40-50 minutes in an air heated oven at 170°C. Syrup the warm walnut pie with cold syrup.
Ingredients for syrup:
(suggested amount for the above dosage): boil 950 g water with 1 kg sugar. When the sugar has melted, add 150 g of glucose. Boil the syrup for 3-4 minutes (or scratch 29-30 BE).
