Mix 700 g, Panluxus 300g, Honey or Glucose Syrup 150g, Pastry Flour 300g, Water 100 g,
Preparation/ uses:
Place the ingredients in the mixer’s bowl and beat with the whisker for 2-3 minutes on the 1st speed until you have a soft dough. Before removing the dough from the bowl, add the chocolate drops and mix gently until they are mixed into the dough. Then shape the cookies and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes (cookies ≈80gr) at 190°C.
