Mousse Mix 1 kg, Cool water or Milk 1,6 L (ready mousse 5,4 L)

Preparation instructions:

Beat the powder mix with cool water or milk in a mixer for 5-7 minutes, at high speed, until the cream thickens. Divide into small or larger portions and leave them in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to set.
